Beef, chilli beef, lamb, pork and apple, all served with a bread bap.
Chicken
Diced chicken fillets marinated for four days in hot oriental spices, placed on skewers and served with a Tasaki dip.
Chicken portions either plain or marinated in smokey barbecue, Chinese or a hot and spicy sauce.
Chicken fillet and pineapple placed on skewers.
Steaks
Succulent sirloin, rump or rib eye..
Pork
Spicy pork grill sticks, or the children's favourite, tomato ketchup flavour pork grill sticks.
Peppered pork loin steaks.
Our famous pork loin steaks marinated for four days in a smokey maple syrup then barbequed to perfection.
Succulent pork ribs. Available with a choice of marinades. Our porks ribs come with plenty of meat not just rib.
Lamb
Cubes of lamb marinated in rosemary, garlic and red wine vinegar for four days then placed on skewers.
Greek kebabs. Diced lamb, cherry tomatoes, peppers and chunks of halloumi.
Minted leg lamb steaks.
Fish
Whole barbecued trout seasoned with lemon and fresh herbs.
Mixed fish kebabs.
Crevettes placed on skewers, barbecued and served with a sweet chilli dip.
Barbecued salmon or tuna steaks.
All the above can be served with salads. please refer to the salad menus.
